The Arab Cinema Center (ACC) returns to Cannes’ Marché du Film (May 15–18) with panels and networking focused on Arab film production and collaboration. Two Arab films making their mark this year include "The President’s Cake" by Iraqi director Hassan Hadi, premiering in Directors' Fortnight, and "Life After Siham" by Egyptian director Namir Abdel Messeeh, featured in the ACID section with support from the Red Sea Film Foundation.
